3.1 Registration and Identity Data. When you create a 1xbe account, we collect your mobile phone number (Philippine format), chosen username, date of birth, and password (stored in hashed form — never in plain text). If you complete KYC verification, we additionally collect your full legal name, government-issued ID type and number (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, driver's license, or passport), a photograph or scan of the ID document, and a selfie for liveness verification purposes.

3.2 Financial and Transaction Data. We collect information related to deposits, withdrawals, and game activity, including: GCash or Maya account numbers used for transactions, bank account details (account holder name, account number, bank name) where provided for bank transfer withdrawals, transaction amounts, timestamps, and references.
