3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbe login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 1xbe will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security. Notify 1xbe support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.4 KYC Compliance. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before processing withdrawal requests. Players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and may be asked to provide proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot). 1xbe may request additional documentation at any time in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1xbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, QR Ph, and GrabPay. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.4 Own Funds. Players may only deposit funds that are their own lawful property. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties is prohibited. 1xbe reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is deemed inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 1xbe reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee not exceeding ₱200 per month after this period, following prior written notice to the registered contact details.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotions offered by 1xbe, including the welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and loyalty rewards, are subject to individual promotion terms which will be clearly communicated at the time of offer. General eligibility requires a verified account in good standing and compliance with these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 5.4 Promotion Changes. 1xbe may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specific conditions are met.
6.1 Game Integrity. All 1xbe casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or stream from regulated live dealer studios. Game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, all affected bets and payouts will be voided. 1xbe shall return the voided stake amounts to the relevant player wallets. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file (SMS or email) at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, or immediately where required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
